As a behavioral scientist, his expertise includes a unique focus upon impacting revenues, system improvements, enhancing digital infrastructure, and enriching lives of patients and clinicians.
Additionally, he’s deeply involved in the digital health and AI innovation sectors as an advisor and consultant, as well as creator and host of The Digital Health Roundtable and co-host of The Voice of Healthcare Podcast and Voice of Healthcare Summit at Harvard Medical School.
He regularly speaks at conferences and business organizations regarding the intersection of human behavior, technology, and healthcare.
Recently, Matt served as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners; the evaluating board for the the highest level of national recognition for performance excellence that a U.S. organization can receive.
